Please note the following:

Prices are net and include all local taxes.
Pool heating is NOT included in the weekly rate and will be charged at $30 per day if requested during the winter.
Villa cleaning is included for rentals of one or more weeks but will be charged at $70.00 per let for rentals of less than one week.

Your booking will be accepted on receipt of a booking form and non-refundable deposit of 20%
Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the first night of rental.

Terms and conditions

1. The hiring contract: The person signing the booking form is responsible to the owner for all payments in respect of this booking.
2. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the first night. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended which covers cancellation, and medical expenses.
3. Cancellation. This should be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation the following charges apply: More than 56 days: deposit only, 55-35 days: 50%, 34-15 days 75%, less than 15 days: 100%.
4. Occupants: only those persons named on the booking form are entitled to stay in the property. This property cannot be sublet or shared (other than with persons named on the booking form).
5. Arrival and departure times: the property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
6. Security deposit: You are required to pay a refundable security deposit with your booking as security against damage or breakages etc.
7. Liability: the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your property, or for any injury sustained by any member of the party, howsoever caused.
